How to join Google?

My vision is to join Google or even to make a company like Google.

What are methods? I continuous think that what is Google. I starved for English skill and my major skill.  I am present junior. I think that reading is important especially humanities classics and I develop my self-leadership. I am continuous written by tool called binder. I know method then I continuous practice. practice. practice. 

다양한 생각을 하고 있고, 그것을 이루기위해서는 많은 양의 독서와 자기관리를 해야한다는 것을 알았다. 몸이 여러개 였으면 하는 바램이지만, 불가능 하므로 '기회비용'을 항상 생각하며, 내 시간을 중요시 하여야 하는 것이 가장 중요할 것이라고 본다. 나의 주간계획표를 돌아본 결과로는 나는 전공에 중시하기 보다는 자기계발, 자기관리, 운동, 독서 등에만 시간을 많이 투자하는 경향이 있는데, 이 것을 좀더 개선하고, 전공에 매진할 필요성이 느껴진다.
